How will I be updated on my case?
We understand that clients will always want an update on their case. We will always communicate with you if there is an important update or development in your case. You may see that your case was continued, that is perfectly normal. If we need information from you or need you to complete something then we will communicate that with you.
If you have a court date that you must appear for, we will message or call you a day or two before that. Usually clients will receive text messages as a normal message. We communicate through our platform “PracticePanther” which communicates to you. This number is not connected to your attorney or our paralegal’s phone. We will only see the message if we open PracticePanther up, however, rest assured that we will see it as PracticePanther is where our firm tracks all our cases and next court dates for all our clients.
