Our Telephone Policy
We understand that families or even you want updates on your case, however, please understand that sometimes there are no updates on your case unfortunately. We only answer the phone during Office Hours. However, we also have an after hours messaging service that we utilize. However, there are no guarantees you receive a reply until the next business day. When you call, the phone will be picked up by our Paralegal Jeremy. Most of the time, Jeremy can give you information concerning your case.
When you call, state your First and Last name and your case.
If Jeremy cannot answer your question, he will try to schedule you a meeting with your attorney.
You are entitled to reasonable requests to speak with your Attorney. Unreasonable requests can be denied.
Understand that your Attorney is working on your case and numerous other cases as well, they may not have time to always speak with your family or you and need to schedule a phone call.
Our Firm's policy is that we only will speak with ONE family member for a client if that client is in jail. If the Client is not in jail, we will only communicate with the client. The client will be responsible for updating family members regarding their case.
We must have WRITTEN permission to speak with any other family members regarding your case.
If you leave a voicemail, you will receive a call back from Jeremy or a message within 48 hours.
